Client Service Agreement – DigiVista Agency

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Digivista Agency (“Agency”, “We”, “Us”) and the client (“Client”, “You”) for the purpose of providing digital services, including but not limited to:
- Website Design & Development
- SEO Services
- Digital Ecosystem Setup (CRMs, Automation, etc.)
- Digital Marketing Training, Courses & Workshops
1. Scope of Work
Services will be outlined in a detailed proposal or quote. Any changes or additional services will require mutual agreement and may involve additional costs.
2. Payment Terms
Payment must be made as per the agreed-upon schedule (see our Payment Policy). Work begins after receiving the initial payment.
3. Intellectual Property
All final deliverables become the Client’s property upon full payment. We reserve the right to showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
4. Timeline
Timeframes are estimates and may vary based on project feedback, third-party delays, or scope changes.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality on proprietary or sensitive information shared during the engagement.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the contract with written notice. The Client will be billed for completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
7. Limitation of Liability
We will not be held responsible for any indirect losses (e.g. lost profits, loss of data) beyond the scope of this agreement.
