DigiVista Agency – Payment Policy
To ensure a smooth workflow, DigiVista Agency follows a clear and fair payment process for all projects and services.
1. Project Payments
- 50% upfront payment required to start most projects
- Remaining 50% due on project completion, before delivery or deployment
- For longer projects, milestone-based payments may apply
2. Training & Courses
- 100% payment required before access to any courses, workshops, or training materials.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
- Bank Transfer (preferred)
- UPI / Wallets
- Credit/Debit Card (via secure payment gateway)
4. Late Payments
- Payments overdue by more than 7 days may result in paused services.
- A late fee may be applied (if outlined in the contract).
5. Taxes
All services are subject to applicable taxes (GST or otherwise), as per Indian law.
