1. Service Cancellation
- A project can be canceled before the development/design work begins. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting consultation or planning fees.
- If work has already started, no refund will be provided for completed phases.
2. Course/Training Refunds
- Refunds for courses/workshops are only issued if cancellation is requested within 48 hours of purchase, and if no material has been accessed.
- No refunds are issued after accessing content or attending any session.
3. No Refunds For:
- SEO services already delivered
- Custom integrations
- CRM or third-party platform setups
- Monthly retainers or subscriptions once a cycle begins
